The newly renovated third floor of the Kringlan shopping mall, a project by architect Paolo Gianfrancesco of the Icelandic firm THG Arkitektar, has been converted into an entertainment space that offers visitors a variety of experiences. FMG’s technical ceramics have been used to define some of the key areas of the project and have been harmoniously integrated into the overall design.
The Venice Villa full-body porcelain stoneware surfaces were chosen for the floors, backsplashes and tabletops of the Finnsson Bistrot: the texture of Venetian grit, with its rich tonal shading and depth, gives these spaces a unique look.
In the Oche® social gaming area, Palladio’s technical full-body ceramic tile, which is also inspired by traditional Venetian flooring, has been laid under the shuffle boards: chosen for its unrivaled technical and practical performance, it creates a refined look that complements the dynamic and fascinating atmosphere.
FMG technical ceramics play a pivotal role in the definition of spaces, enriching the project with solutions that seamlessly integrate beauty, high performance and versatility of use.
