RSA L'annunziata - Sommariva Perno (CN) - Italy

Architecture for hospitals and structures for the elderly is aimed at self-sufficient and non self-sufficient people, and has an increasingly humanistic approach, focused on the psychological and physical well-being of elderly people.
One example is "Residenza L'Annunziata" in Sommariva Perno (Cuneo), a residential structure recognised for its care facility, which aims to "help its guests experience a peaceful family atmosphere every day, where they feel at ease, understood, loved and assisted continually, in a constructive and gratifying way, with hope for the future”.
The architecture of the building, which contains many FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti high tech ceramics, meets all these needs, right from its location surrounded by greenery, with no main roads or pollution.
It is a vast surface of around 30,000 m2, surrounded by large gardens, with a splendid view of the Western maritime Alps and the hills of Roero.
Built on 5 floors (two of which are residential, one for services, one basement and a loft) L'Annunziata meets all the criteria of health care, with the most efficient and modern parameters of comfort.
The comfortable, family atmosphere can be seen right away, also thanks to the variety of colours of FMG tiles and the various ways in which they are laid.
The FMG products chosen are Rosa Portogallo, Perlato Di Sicilia, Persiano Giallo and Rosa.
The variety of colours used gives the spaces a lively, pleasant atmosphere, meeting both the needs for quality (first and foremost the beauty of the marble effect) and high tech, with ease of cleaning and maintenance.
