For the 2019 edition of area30, one of the most important autumn events for kitchen industry professionals, Iris Ceramica Group brands SapienStone and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti are collaborating on a stand with a minimalist flavour to highlight the beauty of the surfaces.
At the centre of Stand D20, located to the left of the main entrance, a kitchen island covered in porcelain stoneware attracts the attention of visitors. Here, the surfaces of the two brands of the Group join to create an island with top in SapienStone Urban Argento 20 mm, covered with the Black Marquinia pattern in the Silky finish from the Marmi Maxfine line by FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti. The kitchen island is completed by a SapienStone peninsula where the wood-effect snack bar in Rovere Buckskin rests on a Light Earth porcelain slab.
The floor of the stand features FMG large slabs with concrete effect from the Walk On Silver collection in the 300x150 cm size, which create an extremely clean aesthetic.
Also from FMG, the console in Onice Verde from the Onici Maxfine collection and Thassos bright from the Marmi Maxfine collection. Set against a wall covered in the new Emperador pattern that impeccably reflects the famous Spanish marble, now very much on-trend, the console is designed as a base for quick business meetings.
The range of surfaces of the two brands is presented in all its variety with revolving samples that serve as the backdrop for the island kitchen. This succession of patterns creates a sort of moodboard that offers tangible proof of the ability of the two Iris Ceramica Group brands to faithfully reproduce the widest array of materials existing in nature.
On 17-18-19 September, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., in the kitchen of the stand a chef will give a demonstration of the technical features of porcelain stoneware, such as resistance to impact, high temperatures, scratching and corrosive substances, along with excellent hygiene and ease of cleaning.
The joint stand of SapienStone and FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti also reflects the synergy between the two companies of the Group, which are able to interpret different types of projects, both interior and exterior, offering innovative, high performance solutions for any situation.
