Tokyo Baycourt Hotel Spa & Resort - Tokyo - Japan

The Tokyo Baycourt Club Hotel and Spa Resort, a member of the Resort Trust group, is an exclusive hotel in the Japanese capital with a luxurious wellness & spa area featuring FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti high-tech ceramics.
This building of great expressive power is located in a privileged central location, for the Baycourt Club is only minutes away from the beach and from many of Tokyo’s top attractions, including the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition centre, the Fuji TV Building and Tsukiji, the world’s biggest fish market.
The work of well-known interior designer John David Edison and Wimberly Allison & Goo (WATG) gave the interiors an Art Deco style inspired by the great New York skyscrapers of the thirties, such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building, iconic symbols of "an intriguing sentiment of contemporary romanticism".
The designers have created a luxurious, exclusive space that sublimes "the concepts of New York Art Deco in sumptuous spaces that take guests away from everyday life".
Nero Marquinia and Statuario Venato (Marmi Classici collection) and Ardesia Cinza (Pietre Ardesia collection) cover indoor and outdoor floors in the large wellness area, following the routes to the baths and swimming pools.
An original combination of different shapes and sizes creates a decorative effect that goes perfectly with the building’s style.
Black, white and grey are the three background colours of the high-tech porcelain slabs; sober and yet energetic, they convey a visual impression of considerable wealth of detail, such as the sporadic diagonal veins (Statuario Venato) and random white speckles (Nero Marquinia).
