Hotel Splendid

The Hotel Splendid, in the beautiful setting of the Borromeo Gulf, is one of a number of hotels belonging to the Zacchera family, which has been offering hospitality on Lake Maggiore for generations. The hotel offers excellent accommodations for tourists and business travellers, has a health club, a private beach with fine sand and a private wharf to welcome guests. The hotel’s elegant, refined interiors are decorated with a number of FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti products, interpretations of natural materials offering all the practicality of porcelain stoneware. The floor of the majestic reception hall is covered with Travertino Noce (Travertini collection), a porcelain stoneware in warm hues with longitudinal veins. The bar also features Nero Marquinia (Marmi collection), a black porcelain stoneware with a mirror finish that gives the bar a contemporary geometric look. The large public bathrooms decorated in severe style are floored with Statuario Venato (Marmi collection), tiles with a white background and occasional greyish-black veins leaving plenty of room for the background colour. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms are finished with Iris Ceramica materials.
